Shipping & Returns
Shipping and handling is handled out of New Jersey. All orders will be processed within 24 and 72 hours from date of purchase. Processing times may be longer during holiday and sale seasons.
After checking-out, on the payment processing page, we have 3 standard shipping methods. A 4th option will appear for free shipping ONLY on orders over $100, pre-shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; shipping price is determined and configured by various distributors on a distance and weight basis.
All Shipping ETAs shown are subject to change at the selected couriers convenience. The approximation is based on a direct location basis and do not always account for various delays.
Your packages will be handled with the utmost care. Any delivered packages with signs of tampering or damages can be filed and claimed with the selected shipping company.
- If for some reason your jewelry is damaged with no signs of tampering or visible excess-wear, you can send an inquiry to Contact Us and we will follow up to review the case. A serious inquiry pertaining to a refund will have to be filed within 14 days of product delivery
- All returns applicable must be sent back in original box and packaging
- Refunds on returns will not be granted on sale items
If your package is refused for any reason, we will not be responsible for any following reshipping or refusal charges.
If your package is lost in transit, it is the customer's duty to follow-up with the courier.
Unfortunately, K&P Jewelers does not consider exchange requests at this time. We suggest if you are not in love with your item as anticipated, that you file a claim through the Contact Us page.
